NINE

This picture is a little out of date.  I haven't taken many pictures the last little bit, but I am planning on fixing that problem.
T-Bug is now 9 months old.  The stats are 18lb. 15oz. 47% 28.5inches long 42% and head circumference is 18in. 70%.  He has had an ear infection for about 2 weeks and I didn't even know it.  He is such a good baby.  I only found out because of his well child visit and when the doctor looked in his ear he said.  "Oh, he has an ear infection."   Here is what he is up to.

  • Says 'Da Da Da' as well as making lots of other sounds.
  • Crawls like a mad man.  He keeps one hand in a fist and has one flat when he does.
  • Has stood by himself.
  • Loves to walk around holding onto a finger.
  • Loves to laugh with his brothers and sisters
  • Started to climb up stairs today!
  • Love his momma and loves to give her hugs.
  • Wants to be in the middle of everything.
He is so much fun.  He also had his leg x-rayed the other day.  We are waiting to see results of whether his foot twist has to do with his hip or a leg bone.

A Little Catching Up

My baby boy is 8 months now. He crawls, dances, screams, walks around holding onto hands.  He is just so much fun.

Supremo got some time off, and did a great job taking care of the younger children.

We went to go feed the ducks at the park.  Much to our dismay there was a sign that said DON'T FEED THE WATERFOWL.  We we so bummed.  The ducks had obviously been fed as they came right up to us.

The Diva turned 3.  I can't believe how fast the time is going.  She is wearing her new shirt and skirt!
She was so excited to get to have her birthday and Grandma and Boppy's house.  She got a new pink baseball glove and the Lady Bug Game.

We got to enjoy my mom and sisters in their Stake Musical.  It was snippets from broadway.
This is my sister in the Step Sister's Lament.
My sisters in Newsies.  (There just weren't enough boys.)
 Waiting for Hairspray to begin.

When these two came on the show finally started.  From their act on it was fantastic!
My mom was in Dancing Queen.  She was totally awesome.

My sisters played an April Fool's joke with this giant pair of undies.  They put it on my sister's cello.  So funny!

Sugar Grandpa and T-Bug.

Poobles and The Diva.  Love to read outside!

Rock Climbing.  This was so fun!  The boys both made it to the top.  The Diva make it up on the first step.

Holding on for dear life.  She is barely off the ground.
My handsome boy eating his green smoothie!  He loves it.  His eczema flared up really bad when we got to my mom and dad's house.  We learned that his liver was not able to break down the formula he was on.  So he is now on goats milk and a vitamin supplement.  His skin has improved so much.  We also put coconut all over him.  I am so thankful for people who have different ideas.  It has really helped.  Also thankful that I am only spending 20 cents an ounce instead of 1.52.

Another Month Gone By

I am sure you are wondering what happened to us.  In short.  Life.  We got to go on a great vacation to visit family, only to turn around for another quick vacation to visit family.  It felt like the money we paid for rent last month was just an expensive storage unit.  We were home for a total of 1.5 weeks.  As soon as I get a moments breath I will post on our happenings.  Otherwise let this note suffice until I find some time.

Siete

My handsome little man is 7 months now.  Still sweet and chill as ever.
He is loved by so many people
What he is doing at 7 months.

  • Still screaming when he gets excited!
  • Close to crawling
  • Trying and succeeding with a new formula for his skin!  (It's rather expensive which isn't the greatest.)
  • Loves his binky
  • Loves his Momma!!!
  • Enjoys listening to music.  Especially the Piano Guys on You Tube.  (His favorite is Peponi.)
  • Still has his own sleep schedule.
  • Still seems to have a big cranium.

I thought I had got him on a good sleep schedule for 2 days!  Two whole days we had a 3 hour afternoon nap from this little man.  Not today though.

He's just growing up too fast.

Next Time We Will Use Our Cranium

We had been waiting since January for a warm windy day.  (This was the beginning of March a little slow on posting this.)  The day arrived and we headed out to fly the Noodle's kite he got for his birthday.
It only took about 3 minutes to put it together and we headed out the door.  It was blustery and it was all the Noodle could do to get to the field without blowing away.  (We had sustained winds at 20 mph.  I couldn't talk him into waiting.)

We got it up quickly and watched with amazement as it glided back and forth through the atmosphere.

This photo is with my lens that can get close to things without being in their business.  The kite was far away.

If you can see the Noodle on one corner and the kite in the other.
Why the title for this post then?  It took me 20 minutes to reel the kite back in.  I was plum tuckered and had to take a break once we got it in the house.  We will not be venturing in 20mph winds anytime soon.

Sand Belly

We have still been enjoying amazing weather.  We went to the high school track today and played for a couple hours.  The kids loved playing in the long jump sand with their friend.  It's about as close to beach sand as we can get around here.

Beauty Shop Guy

When I found out I was expecting a girl (with the Diva, no I am not expecting another one.) I knew that she would probably have a personality of Junie B. Jones.  A children's book star.  If you haven't read a Junie B. Jones book, I would highly recommend it. Anyway, she is quite the girl, and yes.  I have a similar little girl.
Lately I have been finding her locked in my bathroom.  What has she been doing in there... Well her own make up.  She loves makeup. Lots of days we find her coming out looking fabulous.  The other day when I went to get her she told me that I needed to look pretty.
Here is the outcome.  Let me know what you think!

Gorgeous girls.
