A lot of times family member have a lot in common. Like my sisters and I all enjoy a little softball now and then. Well, my 3 oldest have all enjoyed jumping from a very tender age. Like before they could walk. Not my youngest. He never seems to jump. When I get him from his crib, he just yells, "Mom, where are you?" But, he does do something that my older 3 didn't do until they were a little older. Enjoy. (Okay he is only like the first 10 seconds, but it is well worth it.)

On The Ranch
The kids had April Fools day off from school, so we headed out to Cousins Sarah and Jake's house for some fun! It was so fun to see family! Cousin Sarah had a couple of great April Fool's jokes that actually got me pretty good, but I don't know if she knew that.
Chief loved the baby chickens. He was even brave enough to pick one up by himself. When I asked if he would like to raise chickens (which I hope we can do some day) he smiled big and said Yes!
T-bug couldn't get enough of the big chickens. This is him talking to them.
These two had to sit by each other it was hilarious! (Bummer of a photo bomb from my finger.)
This was when he discovered the chicken feed. He's sneaking it from Cousin Sarah. I am sure she is thinking that he was just going to get a handful. I did.
Then he headed for the chickens, with the bucket. When he got close he had to turn around so he could grab some without the chickens bothering him. Pretty sneaky.
The big throw. He just giggled as he did this. So cute! He then decided that 1 little handful wasn't enough.
He dumped the whole bucket. Things move much faster that way. This was the Noodle laughing when it was dumped.
We had such a fun time. We will go visit again soon! I will even try to get photos of the Diva next time!

Dum, duh, duh , daaa!
I finally broke down a bought me and charger for my camera. Woot. Guess what! Supremo found my old one the next day. Isn't that how it always goes. Now I should have no excuse as to taking photos, other than my own blondeness that seems to get in the way of everything.
Oh, my Diva. Can you believe her straight hair!!!
T-bug loves to pull his pants up like shorts and run around. He has such a fun personality.
Supremo's official last day of work was Friday the 8th. He has been sick ever since. We always say he needs to get back to work because he seems to get sick when he doesn't. He and the Diva were having a good rest together until I took a photo. She also loves to steal my Zumba headbands. I think I have wore the pink one once.
Hi.
The boys have worked, and worked, and put their monies together to by a 3DS XL. Supremo and I payed for the protection plan so we could have a say in the amount of time they play. 30 Minutes each per day. (If they have their chores done.) They have had so much fun with it, and they love to watch each other and cheer each other on.

You're Doing What?!?!
Me: T-Bug, Did you know that we are going to be moving to another state in June?
T: No mom, I didn't know.
T: Mom. I am shocked by that announcement. Even my hair shows it. Didn't we just get this house.
Me: Yep T. But we have hit our 3 year quota on this area, so now it's time to pack things up and go again.
Me: Yes, and yes son.
T: Well, I guess I can live with that.
T: I'm not sure you will get the shock out of my hair though.

Baptism
I have photos!!! No, I didn't take them. Hoping to find the charger next month as we begin to pack.
On with the show.
The Chief's baptism was so wonderful. Short, sweet, and to the point. I think we were done in a half hour. The Spirit felt there was wonderful.
Someone, I don't know who, was gracious enough to do the Diva's hair for the Chief's baptism.
The Noodle just read his book most of the time. I think he looked up for the actual baptism part. Such a boy.My sissy played the piano. She is awesome. Even with helpers it sounded amazing!
Guess what? I'm getting baptized today!!!!
Just talking Grandpa's ear off.
Pre- Napoleon hair.
Can't even stand his cuteness.
Trying to engage in conversation. I don't know how well it worked.
Typical of these two. I love my sista's
Prodigy?
Seriously dad, just set me down so I can play on some chairs. Geez.
I can't even believe I didn't get a photo with my 8 year old. Such is the way it goes sometimes.

Dynamite
As most of you know. I have some serious curly hair action. Did you know that instead of a round hair follicle, mine is oval. Yep, I learned that one in beauty school! Anyway. A few weeks ago, I was going nuts with my hair. It took FOREVER to dry, and when it finally did, I usually put it into a pony tail because I didn't like it. So like most women, I sucked it up and went to the local hair place for a cut.
I usually get an a-line cut. Long in the front, short in the back. Sort of a reverse mullet. I wanted something different this time. Something short, but not like I had it in junior high. (What was I thinking.) So instead of letting the beauty shop gal just go to town on my hair. I took in a picture of what I wanted.
I know I don't look like Meg Ryan, and I know my hair is curlier that this, but with the right cut, I could totally rock this. I was really excited! And since I went to beauty school, I knew that when I looked at this photo, the front was actually pretty long. I was really, really excited when the lady cutting my hair said, "We'll leave it a little longer in the front so it won't be too short! Woot!
So she got to cutting, and I could feel the freedom from my long tresses. Then we got to the styling part. I am going to warn you. What you may read next may make you laugh hilariously, so if you are not in the mood for that, stop now.
People should not try to style my hair. It just doesn't work. My hair is my hair, and I have let it take over, so we get along nicely. The beauty shop gal, started telling me about all these fabulous curly hair products they sell and proceeded to put them in my hair. Then she got the diffuser and started to dry it. You would think no big deal, but for some reason it never works. She kept playing with my hair while it was drying. If you have curly hair you know to let the diffuser do its work and don't touch it. When it was dry. I don't even think I can describe it to you. Hmmmm, cotton ball on a toothpick. But that's not all. I could tell she was getting nervous. She then went on to talk about another product that is just amazing to help curls. With that product she gave me a part and tried to smooth down from the part to about 2 inches. Now, the hair cut was not what I wanted. She only left me about 3 inches on top. The photo to me looks like about 5-6 inches on the top, but I just went to beauty school so what do I know.
She finishes and then keeps putting her fingers into the curls and fluffing them out more. So I have this part with two inches of hair that has been tried to be pushed smooth, and then this inch of fluff. Just so you can have a visual here you go.
Yep, that is what I looked like. The beauty shop gal, and the other lady there were over the top on how "cute" it looked. I think they were just trying to make me feel better. It didn't look good. I ran to the car hoping no one could see me. I got home and Supremo's jaw just dropped, and the Diva said, "Mom it's so curly crazy. How did you do that." I was almost in tears by this time, and Supremo promptly told me to wash it and style it myself. I did just that and I actually really like it!
I may even keep it short for a while. I'll take a photo when I find the charger! Hope that made your day!

Crafts
I have been looking at blogs lately and have noticed some amazing crafts. Let me repeat...AMAZING!
So I want to know, what are your favorite crafts and are you willing to send me patterns, instructions, or anything else that can help me on my way. Now, I can crochet, but not knit....or sew. I want to learn how to sew. Easy things would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, and if I get no comments, I will know that you are all to busy crafting which is wonderful! Keep it up, and keep taking pictures!
On another note. Here are a couple of the Chief's baptism photos. One of my good friends was so kind to take them for us. The background is the house across the street! He is soooo photogenic. Not even fair. We are so proud of this boy. He is growing up to be a wonderful young man.
I need him to slow down. It's amazing how fast time flies as your kids get older.
