We are down to just 9 more weeks until we have a new little boy in our family. First of all. I am so thankful this pregnancy has gone faster than the last three. Maybe it was all the moves and stress. Second. This has been my most uncomfortable and painful pregnancy. I have a lovely varicose vein on one of my legs that almost runs the entire length. I may have a hernia, but they really can't do anything because of how close I am. (The doctor thinks it's a hernia.) Third. The Supremo will get to take a week off from work when this little guy is born. Woot! He is so busy all the time.
Anyway, I finally decided that it was time to get this boy some clothes of his very own. I got rid of everything boy when we moved. I thought I was done having boys. We headed to the nearest shopping town (an hour away) and got him a few things. Clothes, onesies, blankets, pacifiers, and bottles. I am still doing cloth diapers, and we were already set on those. The "Little Joeys" from Rumparooz are so adorable. They are so tiny, I can't wait to use them. We are for sure able to make it a couple of days if not a week without doing laundry. Maybe I will venture out again to get a couple more things.
The Diva cannot wait for her baby brother. She even had to give us a fashion show of his new outfit. What are we going to do with her?

New is Never New
We got the Supremo some new couches for Father's Day. We have had two gliders as our primary sitting place for watching movies for the last 4 years. It's not much fun to watch movies as a family when there is no where to sit.
We were so excited as we got a nice sofa and chair and a half. Laz-e-boy!
Enter this little Diva. Only a few hours after they were delivered she decided it would be a good idea to go potty on them. As you will notice The Noodle is only sitting on one side of the couch. She had taken care of the other side. At least the couch was broken in quickly.
We had to run a few places in town and my boys were being so fun. Like not at each other's throats.
Love these two monsters!

You Are Doing What??
We are in the middle of potty training this little Diva. It hasn't been the easiest as we have had many places to go. It is coming along, with only 1-2 setbacks a day. Her expression in the top picture is exactly how I have been feeling the last few days.
She is obviously not getting the point when it comes to where we wear our undies.
Me and the Chief. Not the best photo, but oh well. I am trying to take more photos with my little monsters. I need some practice.
The Diva looks so much older when her hair is pulled back. She doesn't do it often. I think she looks like my little sister in this photo.

My Chocolate Confession
I had 3, yup that's right THREE candy bars today. All within the same hour. I am totally grossed out that I did it, but I did. (They were really good at the time.)
I am a Choco-holic. I am not ashamed to admit it. I love chocolate. Okay, so not the kind with coconut or dark chocolate. Milk chocolate and I are best friends. I will put a movie on for my kids or wait for them to be involved in something so I can eat it all by myself. Is that terrible? Sometimes I think I am a better behaving mom when I have a bit of that goodness. I even ate half a bag of chocolate chips because I didn't have anything else in the house.
There you have it. I have come out of the closet.

Mo Squito
One of the things that makes going out in the evenings for family events hard is the mosquitos. Sunday we went for a walk and the boys came home with lots of mosquito bites. Even Supremo. The Diva and I got away scott free! I felt so bad as I was wiping Dr. Christopher's Sting & Bites formula over 6-7 bites each on the back of the boys legs.
I was ready for the next evening out. I bought some bug spray and nothing was going to get us. I sprayed myself and the kids and though nothing of it. Not so smart on my part. Why? When you are pregnant, things don't fit or stay the way you want them to. I guess I was exposing my lower back to some very hungry mosquitos. Not on purpose mind you. I woke up today with 5 bites in a nice straight row. I will not be posting a picture as this is not the most beautiful thing to see.
Lesson learned - Next time I wear the maternity pants that go all the way up my belly and back. Do spray the kids again. That seemed to work.

Baseball!!!
We so enjoy the Spring at this house. Especially baseball season. The Noodle and Chief are both playing again this year. Noodle is hitting off the pitching machine (and doing quite well if I do say so). Chief is doing T-ball and has improved much over last year. For some reason though, I ended up being the assistant coach for the Chief's team. It's a bit hilarious watching a woman who is 28 weeks along playing with the kids. (Okay, so I really don't know what it looks like from the outsiders perspective, but I think I look funny.)
Chief after his first game!
The Noodle up to bat. He was 4 for 4!
Fielding, one of his specialties.
Waiting for the Noodle to be done. Not as fun as playing.
The game was almost over. Can you see the excitement. We are having such a fun time. Now if only the Diva enjoyed being a cheerleader as much as her Mom.

When you finally clean the car
It was a hot day yesterday. Like super hot. So what better thing to do than clean out the car! We had our garbage bags, (which came out totally full) and started the process. There was so much in there. I truly believe that when you have kids your car becomes a home in and of itself.
The Noodle was taking care of the back seat while I did the front. Chief and The Diva just danced around in the car. All the sudden I hear, "Mom! Look what I found!" I look and the Noodle found THE CAMERA!! Woot! I was so excited. I was sure there were some pictures I hadn't downloaded. Nope. But that was ok. At least I could take pictures again. And I can hold out until I can afford something better. Such a great find!
Like I mentioned, yesterday was hot. The kids saved up their bucks they earned for doing chores and decided it was a great day for ice cream with mom and dad. We were so glad they chose it! Since they worked hard we let them pick something really great from Dairy Queen. They all picked something big that ended up in the freezer later on. I promised I wouldn't sneak anyones ice cream. The kids told me not to sneak. Not their Dad. I guess they are trying to tell me something.
